7. Lok Sabha passed Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order (Amendment) Bill, 2016. The bill seeks to amend the Constitution Scheduled Castes Order 1950.The bill was passed on proposals of five states, namely Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Kerala, Odisha and West Bengal, to modify the list of Scheduled Castes in their states.

8. Lok Sabha approved the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill, 2016. The bill seeks to create a set of rights and obligations for both the consumers and developers and encourage both of them to live up to the expectations of each other as per the agreement entered into by both of them.
