NPCI Introduces ‘Falcon’: India’s Own Blockchain-Backed Open-Source Initiative
- The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has introduced ‘Falcon,’ an open-source project designed to simplify the management and utilization of blockchains based on ‘Hyperledger Fabric’ and supported on Kubernetes clusters.
Aim :
- To assist blockchain developers in leveraging distributed ledger technology for efficient, reliable, and automated deployment of network and Web3 solutions.
- It is particularly focused on fostering innovation in blockchain-based payment solutions.
