1. IMF growth forecast for India hovers around 7.5 per cent for the 2016-17 fiscal. IMF Chief Christine Lagarde has hoped that India would be able to implement a series of critically important economic reforms for unleashing the country’s growth potential.



2. Professional forecasters' survey of the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) said the country's gross value added (GVA) economic growth would be at 7.4 per cent in 2015-16 and at 7.8 per cent in 2016-17.
